From request to confirmation in four steps

Agents keep their habits: they write to the same WhatsApp number and confirm on an offer page that opens in the browser.

  1. 1. Request

The agent writes on WhatsApp as usual: “12–15 Oct, 2 adults, rate for a double room please?”

  2. 2. Analysis and checks

The request is understood within seconds; inventory, the agent's rate plan, occupancy guardrails, closed dates and minimum stay are checked.

  3. 3. Offer and payment

The agent gets a net-rate offer page with an option time, confirms and pays by card or on credit. Out-of-rule requests go to your approval desk.

  4. Coming soon

    4. PMS, channel manager and payment systems

Confirmed bookings land in your panel ready for PMS entry and both sides get a confirmation. Sistem Otel, HotelRunner, ElektraWeb and payment system integrations are coming soon.

You set the price, RatePort applies it

RatePort never invents a price. It calculates offers from the inventory and rates in your calendar, your rate plans and the rules you set.

24/7 autonomous replies

Understands free-text requests: dates, guests, children, room type. Asks when something is missing, answers property questions from your knowledge base, and never makes up what it doesn't know.

Multi-language support: whatever language the request comes in (Turkish, English and more), the reply goes out in it

  • Turkish
  • English
  • German
  • French
  • Russian
  • Arabic

  2. Inventory checked · 4 rooms free

Dynamic guardrails and MinLOS

As occupancy rises, the agent discount narrows and closes at the critical threshold, and the option time shortens. On busy dates a minimum-stay rule applies and short stays are filtered out automatically.

%72
  1. Normal 0–60%Full discount, 4-hour option
  2. Busy 60–85%2-hour option
  3. High 85–90%Discounts close
  4. Critical 90%+No discount, 2-night minimum (MinLOS)

Thresholds and times are defaults; change them for your hotel on the Rule engine screen.

One-switch manual approval mode

When your team wants to answer itself, during a rate update or simply for peace of mind: the bot stops quoting and every request lands on the approval desk. Stop-sale by room type and date sits on the same screen.

Targeted flash deal broadcasts

Announce rooms that would otherwise stay empty to the right agent segment in one message: everyone, agents on dynamic pricing, or agents on a specific rate plan. Recipients who haven't written in 24 hours get it through a Meta-approved template.

  • Approval desk

Group requests, agents over their credit limit and out-of-rule requests aren't rejected; they land with you, with their option time.

  • Offer page and online payment

A link per agent: room, price, cancellation terms, contract acceptance. Card payments go straight to your account; RatePort never collects money.

  • Credit accounts and risk

Per-agent credit limit and due dates, due-date reminders, reading payments from bank receipts, statement links.

  • PMS-ready bookings

Confirmed bookings are noted for entry under a single RatePort company profile, and a confirmation email goes to your reservations team.

  • Revenue reports

Lost business, response performance, agent scoring and sales performance. See how many requests each rule cost you.

  • Rate plans and taxes

Contract (net static) rates or a discount on the daily BAR; VAT and accommodation tax, promotions, occupancy-based upsell.

24 hours, without interruption

For RatePort the time of day doesn't matter. Requests inside your rules close the moment they arrive; exceptions land in front of your team as a tidy list.

  1. 02:47

    Request in, paid by card

    Booking confirmed

  2. 09:12

Frequently asked

Can the bot quote a wrong price?

The bot never invents a price. It calculates the offer from your calendar's inventory and rates, the agent's rate plan, your occupancy rules, MinLOS and stop-sale dates. Anything outside your rules, or anything it isn't sure about, lands on the approval desk. With manual approval mode you approve every offer yourself.

Will our WhatsApp number change?

No. You connect your existing number through Meta's official sign-up window. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, it can keep working on your phone. The number and account stay yours.

Do agents need to install an app?

No. Agents write on WhatsApp as usual; the offer arrives as a page that opens in the browser.

Does it work with our PMS?

Today inventory and rates are managed in the panel; confirmed bookings are noted for entry under a single RatePort company profile and a confirmation email goes to your reservations team. Connections for Sistem Otel, HotelRunner and ElektraWeb are in preparation.

Who collects the payment?

With online payment on, the agent's card payment goes straight to your own payment account; RatePort never collects money. Credit limits and due dates are tracked for agents on account.

How does the trial work?

Your 15-day trial starts when you register, with every feature on. No card is required at sign-up. Choose a plan in the panel before it ends.

What are credits for?

Meta charges for business messages sent through the WhatsApp Business API. RatePort handles this with a transparent credit system: every plan includes a set number of credits each month and messages draw on them. If you need more, top up in the panel; extra credits roll over to the following months.

No limits, no waiting.

Every agent request meets a professional answer the second it arrives. Try it free for 15 days; setup takes minutes.
