Security and compliance

Automation only works if you stay in control. In RatePort, safeguards and fallbacks are on by default.

When you hand your sales to automation

Enterprise-grade safeguards, on by default.

  • Official WhatsApp Business API

Only Meta's official infrastructure. The number and WhatsApp account stay with your hotel.

  • Hotel data kept apart

Each hotel's data is separated at the database level; no hotel can see another's records.

  • Two-step verification and roles

Hotel admins change everything; front desk works only with approvals, chats and bookings.

  • Tamper-proof audit log

Who changed what, and when, with before and after values.

  • Encrypted keys

PMS, payment and Meta keys are stored encrypted and never shown back in the panel.

  • GDPR / KVKK processes

Privacy notice, data deletion requests and retention periods. Servers in the European Union.

Frequently asked

Can the bot quote a wrong price?

The bot never invents a price. It calculates the offer from your calendar's inventory and rates, the agent's rate plan, your occupancy rules, MinLOS and stop-sale dates. Anything outside your rules, or anything it isn't sure about, lands on the approval desk. With manual approval mode you approve every offer yourself.

Will our WhatsApp number change?

No. You connect your existing number through Meta's official sign-up window. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, it can keep working on your phone. The number and account stay yours.

Do agents need to install an app?

No. Agents write on WhatsApp as usual; the offer arrives as a page that opens in the browser.

Does it work with our PMS?

Today inventory and rates are managed in the panel; confirmed bookings are noted for entry under a single RatePort company profile and a confirmation email goes to your reservations team. Connections for Sistem Otel, HotelRunner and ElektraWeb are in preparation.

Who collects the payment?

With online payment on, the agent's card payment goes straight to your own payment account; RatePort never collects money. Credit limits and due dates are tracked for agents on account.

How does the trial work?

Your 15-day trial starts when you register, with every feature on. No card is required at sign-up. Choose a plan in the panel before it ends.

What are credits for?

Meta charges for business messages sent through the WhatsApp Business API. RatePort handles this with a transparent credit system: every plan includes a set number of credits each month and messages draw on them. If you need more, top up in the panel; extra credits roll over to the following months.

No limits, no waiting.
